Admission and Application Process

Your application will only be accepted if the following criteria have been met.

  • The following must be submitted:
  • Completed registration form.

  • Certified copy of your latest school report/ matric certificate or highest certificate

  • Certified copy of your ID or Passport​

  • ID or Passport of guardian​

  • Two ID/Passport sized photographs​

  • Deposit slip(registration fee)​

Application Process
  1. You can fill in your application at the front desk at our campus. Then hand in your application in person.
  2. You can go to our website and fill in your information
    on the online application form.
    www.ekurhulenicomputercollege.co.za/application.  There you complete the process and attach the relevant documentation.

Please note

  • Registration fee is payable upon registration.
  • NO cash will be taken at the campus
    It is important that the student name and surname appear on the deposit slip as reference.
  • Students will only be registered upon receiving proof of payment.
  • Proof of payment should be handed in at the campus.
  • All payments must be deposited into the bank account of the college.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
  • Overpaid
  • Subject/programme is no longer offered
  • No refund will be paid in the case of death, illness, injuries or cancellation of a programme or changing the college


Cancellations of programmes

Must be done in writing during the registration period (as advertised) falling to do this, students will be liable for the full cost of tuition fees.
