  • Student Affairs and Support Officers (SSSO’s): These are dedicated staff members who take care of SSS matters at campuses.
  • Remedial Lecturers (RL): These are dedicated staff members who provide students with remedial, academic, teaching and related psycho-social support.
  • Information Desk services: This is the receiving point for all students especially the new students. They are informed about career guidance sessions which are arranged whereby information on various programmes offered at the college is given so that they know what course they will be enrolling for. They are taken through the registration process by relevant SSS staff at each campus.

Induction sessions: How will you know about the institution if you have not been orientated about it? This is where the induction sessions come in. Students are informed about, among other things, the following:

  • The college and college management
  • The who’s who at the campus
  • Programmes offered
  • College rules, student code of conduct and other related student policies,
  • Facilities and services available and
